Mexico's IRL (SAT) taking biometric profiles of taxpayers
Today I went to my local SAT (Mexico's IRL) office to be scanned and fingerprinted as a felon, if not, well, I cannot pay taxes nor work, I took some pictures, furtively, of the process:
